Hello, I'm Lorraine Gaughan, the founder of ClearPath Support. I set up this service because I kept seeing the same problem: people who were clearly entitled to financial support, medical cards, carer's payments, and other vital allowances — but who were struggling to access them simply because the paperwork felt overwhelming.

Throughout my career, I've worked across finance, administration, and team management, developing a deep understanding of complex systems, processes, and the documents that hold them together. I've always had a talent for breaking down complicated information into plain, manageable steps — and I recognised that this skill could make a real difference to people trying to navigate Ireland's public services on their own.

I founded ClearPath Support to fill a gap that I believe genuinely matters. Many people — older adults, carers, those living with illness or disability, people in rural areas, or anyone who simply finds forms stressful — have no one in their corner to sit beside them and say, "Let's work through this together." That's exactly what I do.
